The results from the City of Revelstoke’s Communication Survey are in. The feedback, together with feedback received from stakeholders, partners and staff, will inform a draft 2019-2022 Strategic Communication and Engagement Plan, expected in the coming weeks.
All in all, 322 surveys were completed. The survey ran from April 25 – May 17 2019. 78% of those who started the survey completed it.
Twenty nine questions were asked. They ranged from inquiring into how residents stay informed (news media, radio stations) to social media use, how residents feel about communication efforts like SeeClickFix to whether council considers the public input when making decisions.
