Development Services

Liquor License Amendment Application—LUNA Fest—LIQ2019-05—112 First Street— Council received the application and have no objections pending compliance with the Revelstoke Fire Rescue Services requirements. View the attachmentsreport.

Hay Road Development & Consultation Plan— Council supported a recommendation from the July 11th Committee of the Whole meeting for staff to initiate the proposed neighbourhood consultation plan with the applicant. View the report / attachment.

Finance

Road Improvements Capital Project—Jake-Jay Construction— City staff combined four projects for road reconstruction, curb and sidewalk upgrades, water and various utility upgrades into one large project. View details in the report / attachments.  Council awarded Jake-Jay Construction the contract based on the negotiated proposal price of $1,352,950.00 excluding GST.

Parks, Recreation and Culture

PRC-8 Parks & Trails Inspections & Maintenance Policy — Council supported a recommendation from the July 11th Committee of the Whole meeting to adopt the proposed Parks & Trails Inspections and Maintenance Policy. View the report / attachments.
