Over the past 48 hours, numerous facilities around Revelstoke are closing their doors in an effort to encourage social distancing and flattening the curve of COVID-19 infection.
The Revelstoke Community Centre has shut its doors. The aquatic centre and any classes held within the facility are cancelled. All fitness/aquatic passes are granted an automatic extension. Staff is still available to answer any calls.
The Revelstoke Seniors Centre is closed.
The Revelstoke Okanagan Library is closed, no late book fines will be incurred for the duration of the closure.
The Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre’s April art exhibit “Inspired By” has been cancelled, along with any spring break kids camps.
City of Revelstoke offices are open, but closed to the public.
The Revelstoke Museum and Archives is closed.
The Revelstoke Train Museum is closed.
Revelstoke Community Connections has closed all group programming, home visits and community outings. All face to face meetings will be done over the phone/video. The food bank is still open.
