Kelly Mitchell Hanson Kreschuk Loeppky died suddenly in Maple Ridge, BC, on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 aged 41 years. The family invites you to let a balloon fly high in the sky in remembrance. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an addiction centre of one’s choice.
Kelly was born in New Westminster, BC, on July 9, 1978. He spent the first years of his life in Campbell River, BC, before he moved to Revelstoke, BC. There he was a member of the Rocky Mountain Rangers Cadets Corp and the Revelstoke Minor Hockey Association. Kelly loved the outdoors, often snowboarding, skateboarding, biking and camping. Kelly was a wonderful artist who often drew art for his next tattoo.
He loved music and his favourite band was Slayer. Kelly was also mechanically inclined and at 14-years-old he built his first motor for his Camaro. This began his passion for working on cars.
Kelly was predeceased by grandmothers Bev McMahon, Viola Gall and Edie Loeppky and grandfather Bryant Loeppky. He is survived by his father Bob Loeppky of Revelstoke, his mother Lynn Loeppky and step-father Dennis Harper of Revelstoke, his biological mother Paula Kreschuk of Kelowna, his children Dezarae Kathleen Kreschuk- Brooks of Rocky Mtn. House, AB, Mercedes Arlene Loeppky and Rayne Howe of Revelstoke; granddaughter Sophia Grace of Rocky Mtn. House, AB, siblings Brad Elder, Sean Loeppky, David Loeppky, Tyrone Pollock and Jericho Miller, and many more step-brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
