It’s 12:30 pm and John Morrison has already taken 84 group photographs at the Revelstoke District Humane Society’s Pictures with Santa event.
There have been kids, dogs, rats, bunnies and babies, all patiently waiting their turn for a picture with Santa. Both dog treats and candy canes alike are used to keep the easily distracted participants attention.
The Traverse is proving to be a fantastic space, there is plenty of room for the raffle and bake tables, as well as a concession, waiting room and a quiet place in the back for more high strung dogs to chill in.
The camera will be clicking until 5 pm, so be sure to stop on by for your turn with Santa.
