All three have taken off the mountain. Revelstoke Snowmobile Club has also noted the trio are safe and sound.

Huge thank you and congratulations to everyone involved in the search and rescue.

Three sledders are missing on Boulder Mountain. Ryan Pyper, Brandon Kennedy and Todd Kennedy came to town for a sled vacation on Thursday the 27th and were last seen at 7:40 am on Friday the 29th.

Worried family members are requesting information if anyone has seen or heard from the trio in the last eighteen hours.

The last public update occured an hour ago and indicated that Revelstoke RCMP and Search and Rescue are hard at work and a helicopter has been involved in the search for the last several hours. The impact of heavy snowfall, winds and reduced visibility on the search team are unknown at the time. The experience of the sledders is, at this point unknown.

Official news updates have yet to be released by the RCMP. Despite the weather, the temperatures are hovering barely below zero and people have been rescued after multiple nights in the backcountry in the past.

Our best wishes are with the rescue parties and sledders.
