Bidding for the trip offered by Mustang Powder as a fundraiser for the Revelstoke Community Connections Food Bank, valued at $2,550, has ended. l17 bids later, the winning bid of the three day cat skiing trip came in at $1,379. The winners will pay the money directly to the food bank.

Mustang Powder has stepped up for the community in a big way. The local company is auctioning off one seat on a three day catski trip, arriving November 30. The winner of the auction receives three days of guided skiing, accomodation, gourmet meals, and all the lodge perks of sauna and rooftop hot tub,
The remarkable thing? The amount of the winning bid will be paid in its entirety to the Community Connections Food Bank with the winner being given a tax receipt for their donation.
At the time of publication, there are 21 hours left to bid. The package, valued at $2,550 dollars, has a current high bid $625, likely making the best value for money catski trip ever.
