With over 250 volunteers and twenty different groups/teams taking part, the 9th annual Emergency Services Food Drive has been a massive success.
Community Connection’s Patti Larson was happy with the turn out and hard work put in by all of the volunteers at the drive, the food bank largest yearly initiative.
“The final totals are in and we collected 12,400 lbs of food and $6,700.00 in cash donations,” says Larson.
The food drive is a vital part of the food banks success and ability to provide for Revelstoke families, seniors and individuals year round. A big thank you to everyone involved.
