In the first game of the Grizzlies vs. the Wranglers playoffs, Revelstoke skated away with a hard earned 4-3 victory. Played in town, the teams fought it out goal after goal, resulting in nearly two full overtime periods before Revelstoke scored the winning goal. The Wranglers stayed in the game thanks in large part to their goalie, who proved a formidable opponent, stopping around 70 shots on net.
