Michael Andrew Smith died suddenly in a motor vehicle accident in Calderitas, Mexico on Thursday, February 28 th , 2019 at the age of 50 years. A Celebration of Mike’s life will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Church Hall on Saturday afternoon, March 30 th , 2019 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rolling Dog

Mike was born in Revelstoke, B.C. on April 11, 1968. He was living his dream in Belize at the time of his unfortunate accident. Mike was a solid, level-headed man who was always helping family and friends.
Mike is survived by his beloved wife Tammy of Revelstoke; mother Gertrud Smith of Revelstoke; son Justin Smith of Revelstoke; brother Edward Smith of Vancouver; step- children: Chloe Hale (Shane O’Heir) of Revelstoke, Connor Hale and Cassidy Hale of Kelowna and Carrigan Hale of Revelstoke; granddaughter Hallie as well as numerous
good friends.
