Financial & insurance services are an essential part of life. For now, we are choosing to reduce hours as opposed to closing our doors. We are committed to providing banking services to our members, and are asking for your cooperation and willingness to conduct your banking in a manner that is not “face-to-face”. For our part we are taking preventative measures by installing a barrier between customer and staff on the Teller line and at our ICBC desks. We have a strict requirement that you use the hand sanitizer at the door when entering and again on your departure from both RCU & RCUI. And please, if you are not well, have recently traveled or think you have been around someone that may be affected, do not enter our premises.

The Board, Management & Staff are committed to meeting your needs during this difficult time. Our staff will continue to work full hours and be diligent in returning your calls. Some of our staff will be working from their homes. Our organization will continue to pay staff full wages even if they are in a 14 day isolation or are unable to work
due to being medically vulnerable.

Thank you for your understanding and we are hopeful that these steps taken now will prevent a full office closure in the future.
