Press release

Protect Our Winters (POW) Revelstoke Chapter is calling for a rally to close out the Global ‘week for future’ in front of City Hall on Friday Sept 27th at 12:00pm.

Greta Thunberg, a young climate activist urging global world leaders and organizations to protect and restore wilderness and fund green energies, is in Montreal and we want to stand with her to show our support. There is POWer in numbers- so bring you signs and energy and let’s show our support for this movement that has made communities across the globe stand up.

At 12:10pm we will gather for a group photo in front of City Hall.
