Mr. Barry Sproull passed away at Queen Victoria Hospital, Revelstoke, on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018 at the age of 60 years. A celebration of Barry’s life will be held from the Regent Pub on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 2 p.m.
Barry was born in Revelstoke, B.C on January 28, 1958, the eldest of three children to Audrey and Thomas Sproull. After growing up in Revelstoke his work with CPR as a Carman took him to Golden where he worked for 30 years. Once retired, Barry moved back to his hometown of Revelstoke to be close to family and friends. His favorite times involved being surrounded by close friends watching a good NHL game or UFC fight at the Regent Pub while enjoying a bottle of Budweiser.
Barry was predeceased by his father Thomas Sproull in 1986. He is survived by his mother Audrey Sproull of Revelstoke; sister Rhonda Davidson of Revelstoke; brother William Sproull of Kelowna; niece Kelsey (Kyle) Miller of Kelowna; nephews: Chad (Christina) Davidson of Revelstoke and Alex Smith of Revelstoke; great-niece Claire Davidson of Revelstoke and numerous aunts, uncles and friends.
